In 1999, I was recovering from a car accident, and struggling to keep up with my workload running the desk of an escrow company owner, closing residential and refinance escrows in Carlsbad CA when I got a call from Larry Hayden of Timeshare Resales Worldwide, asking me if I was interested in learning how to close timeshare escrows, as his in-house escrow officer was retiring.
