An effective tool we use to maintain a high level of accuracy is our alliance with quality title companies who give us excellent service, and can often email our title searches within days of the order opening. We also make consistent efforts to establish and maintain positive relationships with each resort, in order to receive consistent responsiveness and timely replies to our verification and closing package requests. For example, our emailed requests for Developer Waiver of Right of First Refusal, are coming back WAIVED within an average of just SEVEN DAYS, despite many developers having between 15-30 days to decide.
