Our featured resale agent for April 2014 is Fred Messreni, Broker / Owner of The Timeshare Gallery in Palm Desert, California where he has been reselling timeshares since 2000. Prior to that, he worked for Marriott Vacation Club International as a Sales Team Leader at their Desert Springs Villas location in Palm Desert. Fred specializes in Marriott and Starwood Vacation Ownership, offering the professional and personal service expected by quality-tier timeshare owners.

Fred enjoys staying at the Marriott Kauai Beach Club and Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort as often as he can travel to Hawaii.

With our transactions alone, he has sold over $4.9 Million in Marriott and Starwood timeshares . Fred brought us our first 9 transactions when we opened Quality Timeshare Closings in 2004, and he has been a loyal broker/agent ever since, relying on our expertise to provide the personal service his clientele require. Fred enjoys reading, relaxing by his pool, and visiting national parks. He now has a lifetime pass to all National and California State Parks.

Fred is a Vietnam vet, serving in the US Army. He has always enjoyed hiking, rock-climbing, and swimming. His pride and joy are his family, wife Katie whom he met at the Desert Springs Villas, two daughters Jessica and Noelle, and two grandkids, whom he would like to see more of. I guess you could say the timeshare industry has been very good to Fred! Prior to entering the timeshare world, Fred worked for early computer pioneering companies in the ‘60’s, and was a Hewlett Packard Project Center Manager through the late 80’s. As a community leader Fred served as a San Ramon CA City Councilman, and was past President of the Rotary Club there.

Fred is currently working hard at getting his website redesign ready to better serve his clients’ needs.

Give him a call if he can assist you with selling or buying your quality-tier timeshare ownership!
